Trash 2 Fash: fashion show night.

The fashion show was a huge success with around $500 raised for charity. The Art club, Dance Club and grade 10s worked incredibly hard on this project over the last few months and I was very pleased with the way they all worked together to put on this event. Well done to all of you! Here are a few pics from the night.

Fashion Show workshop

This Saturday a group of 21 students from all grades came for a 4 hour workshop creating garments out of recycled materials. This was all started by 2 grade 10 students, Grace and Lauren, who were inspired by Earth day and since then have been planning a fashion show titled "Trash 2 Fash". The event will take place on Friday 22nd August, 5.15pm. Tickets will go on sale soon. The event will also include Hip Hop dancing and a showcase of the IB and FIB fashion art projects. Please come along and see what the Students have produced in such a short period of time. All proceeds will go to the charity 'Friends of the Earth International'.
