For this week's Arts week the Art department held a lunchtime workshop called Kandinsky Hour. Students were invited to be inspired by the likes of Dizzy Gilespie and Myles Davis and create a collaborative abstract painting in the style of Wassilly Kandinsky. You can really see how the pice developed and how the different music changed their mood.
And here is the final Abstract painting. Created in less than an hour. Very messy but very expressive!
